QuantumLoopAI Terms of Use
Effective Date: 1 June 2025
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuantumLoopAI training platform hosted on Thinkific (“the Platform”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Access is restricted to staff of surgeries contracted with QuantumLoopAI.
- Accounts are created by enrolment from your surgery or QuantumLoopAI.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform.
2. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your account details with others.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected].
3. Permitted Use
- The Platform is provided for training and onboarding only.
- You may view, stream, and interact with the training content for your own professional development.
- You must not:
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any course materials without permission.
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorised access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including videos, guides, documents, and branding—is owned by QuantumLoopAI or licensed to us.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to access the content solely for training within your surgery.
- You may not copy, resell, publish, or share the content outside of your surgery.
5. Monitoring and Reporting
- QuantumLoopAI tracks your course progress, completions, and certifications.
- Your surgery’s management team may receive progress reports. By using the Platform, you consent to this reporting.
6. Availability of the Platform
- We aim to keep the Platform available and running smoothly.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.
7. Disclaimer
- The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- Training materials are designed for onboarding and are not clinical guidance or legal advice.
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
- QuantumLoopAI may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.
- Upon termination, your access to content will cease immediately.
9. Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumLoopAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
- Our total liability for any claim connected with your use of the Platform is limited to £100.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a new “Effective Date”.
- Your continued use of the Platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
